It feels like it has been a LONG time since we released any beer to the world but we've been really busy in the brewery getting a lot of beer ready for your tastebuds and are delighted (and a little relieved!) to be finally getting them on sale over the coming week.
Of course, that will include some firm favourites, so look out for fresh stock of Meon Pale and Empire State which are now back in stock on the beer store! Alongside those though we were really keen to get some new stuff out to you. Being a small producer though space is mega limited in the 'warehouse' (garage) so we can't brew lots of new beers on the big kit - firstly because we just don't have the capacity in the fermenters and secondly because we just don't have the space.
So we scratched our heads as to figure out what we could do, modified some kegs to convert them into pressurised fermenting vessels and created a second brewing line with our old homebrew kit. Fast forward 6 weeks or so and we're mega excited to be launching our new 'Limited Release Beers', a new range of VERY small batches of beers that we've never brewed before.
First up in the range we've got for you:
A Helles style Lager
An Irish Stout
A Kveik Pale Ale
We've already got the ingredients ready to go on beer 4 so look out for that one soon and depending on how quickly these beers move we will move on to beer 5 and beer 6 pretty quickly too.
So why brew in such small quantities? Well that's a good question! We won't make any dough out of it but we really wanted to expand our range and give you something different to try. We're also really keen to see what feedback we get on these new recipes and if they go down particularly well you never know we might just scale it up and brew it 'on the big kit'!
The first beers will be launching Thursday 29.02.2024 and with any luck there will be many many more to come. Watch this space!
